Key responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold
calls and emails - Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further
development and closure - Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with prospective clients/partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Schedule online demos to prospective client for the sales team
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications
are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. - Learn from team members on how to get better
- Join weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
- Help other team members improve with any new found knowledge
- Understand the fundamentals of product sales, sales using software and sales tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven inside sales experience, with a minimum of 1 years
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Good email etiquette is mandatory
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any relevant degree preferably an MBA with Sales & Marketing
- Successful candidate will have to demonstrate motivation, diligence and should pay
attention to minute details. - We are looking for candidates ready to work in night shifts for international clients
